Dr. Rams created this workshop to provide the practical guidance many parents wish they had before bringing their newborn home. Through her evidence-based approach, she helps expecting parents feel confident and prepared for their baby’s first months before they arrive. Her goal is to help families cut through the overwhelming advice, understand what to expect, and feel more confident as they enter parenthood.
