Prenatal Yoga

Build strength and flexibility for labor and delivery, reduce common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, sciatica, nausea, and insomnia, and connect deeply with your growing baby. Practice breathing techniques for labor while bonding with other expectant mothers.

All trimesters welcome. Classes are adapted to your individual needs and stage in pregnancy.

Mommy & Me Yoga

Gentle yoga for new mothers and babies · 60 min · Newborn to 12 months

No childcare needed — bring your baby right to the mat. Classes are paced around the natural rhythm of mom and baby, so there’s no pressure to keep up when little one needs a feed, a cuddle, or a nap. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to show up exactly as you are.

A beautiful way to ease back into movement after birth while bonding with your newborn and meeting other new mothers in the same season of life.

Momma Mat Pilates

Low-impact mat Pilates · 50 min · Pregnancy & postpartum

Build core strength, pelvic floor stability, and improved posture and alignment. Prepare your body for the physical demands of labor and support postpartum recovery with safe, effective strengthening exercises.
